About First Coast Financial

Richard was born and raised in St. Johns County, located in Northeast Florida. While completing his studies at the University of North Florida, he joined the workforce in order to enhance his communicating abilities. After graduating, his career in finance started with Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance, the consumer finance division of Wells Fargo. Within 15 months, he was promoted to Branch Manager in West Palm Beach Florida. From there he was promoted to the Regional Sales Training Manger position based out of Atlanta, GA. However, in 2004 he learned his next career move with WFFA was going to take him further away from his beloved Florida coastline. This was a problem! Like so many of us, Richard dreamed of raising his family close to the ocean. Little did he know, soon after accepting his position with First Coast Financial his dream was about to come true: A store opened directly on A1A across the street from the ocean! John Polverino grew up in Fairfield, NJ. He opened a pool building business in Orlando, a restaurant in Tennessee and discovered that he needed to live in St. Augustine to complete his life cycle of happiness. Buying and selling real estate has become a creative outlet for John and financially rewarding.

Discovering that the financial aspect of buying real estate was the key to investing success, John decided that he could extend this knowledge to other people wanting to establish financial freedom. Cash out refinances, small or no down payments and minimum monthly payments are John's specialty. Buying and refinancing commercial property is also an area where John can aid clients.

Efren Estrada Dobleo was born in Iloilo City, located in the Philippines. He graduated from the University of San Agustin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce while majoring in Accounting. For the next 18 years, Efren worked his way to the top of the Bank of the Philippine Islands. Here he mastered all aspects of branch banking while serving in various positions including branch accountant, cashier, operating officer, as well as branch manager. The last 5 years of his tenure at BPI were dedicated to serving as loan officer, which is where Efren found his ideal job. However, Efren soon moved his family to the United States and accepted a position as the Human Resource Administrator at Keith Pierson Toyota. After 9 years of loyal service, Efren’s desire to serve others through finance became too strong to ignore. He aced his mortgage brokerage test on the first attempt and ever since he has been serving friends and family by finding the ideal financing solutions for their particular needs. Eric Maimo was born in Miami, Florida. He moved to Gainesville, Florida where he attended Santa Fe Community College and started his career at RadioShack Corporation. Later moving to Jacksonville, Florida he achieved top sales in the nation for cellular sales, and began to take interest in the financial servicing and real estate industry. He decided to take the mortgage brokerage exam so that he could apply the great customer service skills from retail to another market. After passing his mortgage brokerage exam he started working with First Coast Financial where he will work with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
